Description
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Telecom, Electrical, Electronics with, 5–7 years of hands-on Deployment experience of Huawei Wireless & Microwave Domain.
Strong experience in Huawei 4G/5G, BTS, MW, Fiber and site activities
Strong troubleshooting and alarm-handling experience
Team management and field team coordination skills are mandatory
Ability to manage field teams, assign daily activities and monitor productivity
Able to coordinate with customer/Huawei teams and close site issues
Must be capable of managing QC closure and ensuring site quality requirements are completed
Good reporting and communication skills
Valid KSA Driving License preferred.

✔️ Must be currently inside KSA
✔️ Valid Transferable Iqama required
✔️ Huawei experience is mandatory
✔️ Available for immediate joining
✔️ Good communication and teamwork
✔️ Strong commitment to HSE and site safety
