Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and experienced HVAC Technicians with 4–6 years of relevant experience to perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of HVAC systems.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with commercial, industrial, or facility HVAC equipment and be capable of diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical HVAC problems efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
Diagnose faults in chillers, AHUs, FCUs, package units, split units, VRF/VRV systems, pumps, fans, and ventilation equipment.
Check and troubleshoot electrical components, controls, thermostats, sensors, motors, compressors, and control panels.
Carry out refrigerant charging, leak detection, vacuuming, and recovery as required.
Perform filter cleaning/replacement, coil cleaning, belt adjustment, lubrication, and other routine maintenance activities.
Monitor HVAC system performance and identify potential problems before equipment failure.
Read and interpret HVAC drawings, equipment manuals, and technical documentation.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and spare parts used.
Respond promptly to HVAC breakdowns and emergency maintenance requirements.
Follow approved maintenance procedures, safety requirements, and company policies.
Coordinate with supervisors, engineers, and other maintenance technicians to complete assigned work.
Ensure tools, equipment, and work areas are maintained in safe and proper condition.
Requirements
Technical diploma, ITI, or vocational qualification in HVAC / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or related field.
4–6 years of hands-on HVAC technician experience.
Strong practical knowledge of HVAC installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Experience with both electrical and mechanical HVAC systems.
Ability to use HVAC testing and diagnostic tools.
Good understanding of refrigeration cycles and HVAC controls.
Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of HSE requirements and safe working practices.
GCC/Saudi Arabia experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
Experience with chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV, package units, and ventilation systems.
Experience in commercial buildings, industrial facilities, hotels, hospitals, or large-scale projects.
Ability to troubleshoot HVAC control systems and BMS-related issues is an advantage.
Relevant HVAC/refrigeration certifications are an advantage.
