HSE Manager - Health, Safety & Environment , Bachelor,s degree , NEBOSH IGC/ Diploma required, ISO 45001, Lead Auditor a plus
Exp. 12 years HSE management experience on construction / Oil & Gas projects in Saudi Arabia.
Key Job Responsibilities:-
- Develop and implement the project HSE plan & procedures.
- Lead the site safety officers and oversee the site Nurse/medical readiness.
- Conduct HSE audits, inspections, toolbox talks and training.
- Lead incident/ acidents investigation and corrective action tracking.
- Manage the permit to work system and ensure compiliance with Saudi HSE law and Client ( e.g.Aramco) HSE requirements.
Required Skills/ Competencies:-
NEBOSH IGC Diploma, OSHA 30, ISO 45001, Aramco CSP/HSE orientation, Incident investigations.
