I am currently seeking a position as a Cost Controller / Assistant Cost Controller in a reputable organization where I can utilize my 2 years of Dubai hotel experience and skills in cost control, inventory management, and financial analysis.
I have experience in: ✔ Monitoring daily food & beverage costs
✔ Preparing cost reports and analyzing variances
✔ Managing inventory control and stock records
✔ Checking purchase orders, invoices, and receiving documents
✔ Conducting physical inventory and stock reconciliation
✔ Monitoring wastage and controlling operational costs
✔ Supporting month-end closing and financial reporting procedures
I am a hardworking, detail-oriented, and responsible professional who ensures accurate cost monitoring and effective control of hotel operations.
