Description
A multi-discipline industrial construction project based in Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah is currently staffing up. Scope covers Civil, Mechanical/Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation. Contract length is 18 months, and candidates able to mobilize quickly will be prioritized. This role is based on-site in Yanbu — candidates should be prepared to relocate.
Roles currently open:
PLANNING ENGINEER
- Handles scheduling, progress tracking, manpower loading and reporting for the project
- 5-8 years in a planning/scheduling role within construction
- Solid Primavera P6 skills required
- Comfortable producing S-curves, look-ahead plans, and tracking critical path
ADMIN/LOGISTICS IN-CHARGE
- Manages site paperwork, delivery notes, material tracking and inspection requests
- 3-5 years in a site admin or logistics support role, construction/industrial background preferred
- Organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with Excel-based reporting
CIVIL FIELD SUPERINTENDENT
- Runs daily supervision of civil and structural work on site
- 8+ years civil site supervision background
- Able to independently interpret structural/civil IFC drawings
- Coordinates across multiple trades on site
WELDING SUPERINTENDENT
- Oversees welding execution and maintains welder certification records
- 8+ years supervising welding on pressure piping/tank fabrication
- CSWIP 3.1/3.2 or AWS CWI a plus
- Works closely with QA/QC on flange management and NDT sign-off
QA/QC MANAGER
- Leads the QA/QC program covering fabrication, welder certification, pipe fitter testing and inspection/test plans
- 6-8 years QA/QC background, piping/tank/civil scope
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2015
- Manages NDT and third-party inspection vendors
SHE/HSE MANAGER
- Owns the safety plan and compiles the 3-year safety record for submission
- 8+ years HSE management, refinery/petrochemical background preferred
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent
- Runs site inductions, toolbox talks, and permit-to-work systems
SITE MANAGER
- Full site-in-charge for execution, schedule, safety, quality and client coordination
- 10+ years construction/site management experience
- 5+ years specifically in oil & gas, refinery, petrochemical or industrial construction
- Track record leading multi-discipline teams across Civil, Mechanical/Piping and E&I
