Hiring: HSE Manager Saudi Arabia NEOM/Oxagon Project
We are hiring an experienced HSE Manager for a major NEOM/Oxagon Project in Saudi Arabia.
Position
HSE Manager
Location
Saudi Arabia
Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science or a related field.
Minimum 15+ years of relevant HSE experience in construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.
Previous experience on NEOM, Aramco, SABIC or other mega projects will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement and manage Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
Review Contractor HSE Construction Plans, Audit Plans and critical work procedures.
Support Project Management and Contractors in the safe execution of construction activities.
Conduct HSE audits, inspections and compliance assessments.
Monitor critical construction activities and provide technical HSE support.
Lead incident investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Review emergency response plans and ensure project preparedness.
Promote behavioural-based safety programmes and a strong safety culture.
Prepare HSE performance reports and monitor contractor HSE performance.
Conduct regular safety walkthroughs and ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
