URGENT HIRING β FARM / NURSERY MANAGER
π Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
π‘ Workplace: Private Farm
π± Industry: Agriculture
π° Salary: SAR 15,000β20,000 total package, including transportation & accommodation allowance, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
β’ Manage overall day-to-day farm/nursery operations, production and productivity
β’ Plan and supervise planting, harvesting, irrigation, fertilization and pest control
β’ Manage tree & shrub production and/or livestock operations
β’ Supervise greenhouse activities and nursery productivity
β’ Manage farm workers and supervisors, including scheduling, training and performance
β’ Supervise 20β30+ workers/team members and ensure operational targets are achieved
β’ Monitor farm performance and improve efficiency and output
β’ Maintain farm machinery, equipment, irrigation systems and infrastructure
β’ Manage agricultural procurement, budgets, expenses and operational costs
β’ Ensure compliance with regulations, environmental standards and safety requirements
β’ Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management
β’ Independently handle operational challenges within a private farm environment
Candidate Requirements
β’ 10β15 years of total experience in agriculture/farm operations
β’ Minimum 8β10 years of KSA experience specifically as a Farm Manager, Nursery Manager, or similar farm/nursery management role β REQUIRED
β’ Proven experience managing overall farm operations, including production, workforce, irrigation, greenhouse/nursery activities and daily operational planning
β’ Proven experience managing 20β30+ workers/team members
β’ Private farm or nursery management experience is highly preferred
β’ Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques and agricultural best practices
β’ Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, greenhouse operations and farm technologies
β’ Experience in agricultural procurement, budget control and operational cost management
β’ Bachelorβs Degree in Agriculture or related field preferred
β’ Arabic nationality preferred; other nationalities may apply, but fluent Arabic is preferred
β’ Transferable Iqama required
β’ Immediate joiners preferred
β οΈ IMPORTANT: Candidates must have prior Farm Manager, Nursery Manager, or similar farm/nursery management experience with direct responsibility for overall farm operations and team management.
Candidates whose experience is only in landscaping, gardening, irrigation engineering, or general agricultural work without prior farm/nursery management responsibility will not be considered.
