Company: "Premium Hospitality Group" Location: King Khalid International Airport (RUH), Riyadh Position: Bar Mixologist / Beverage Specialist Number of Vacancies: 3 Employment Type: Full-time
About the Role: We are seeking three (3) highly skilled and creative Mixologists to join our upcoming VIP Lounge project at Riyadh Airport. The ideal candidates will have a passion for crafting premium, innovative non-alcoholic beverages, mocktails, artisan coffees, and fresh juices, providing world-class hospitality to international travelers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare high-quality, visually appealing mocktails, fresh juices, smoothies, and artisan hot beverages.
• Provide a premium, interactive, and welcoming experience for lounge guests.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of flavor profiles, ingredients, and modern beverage trends.
• Manage beverage inventory, minimize waste, and place restock orders.
• Ensure the bar area is spotless and strictly adheres to health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or Beverage Specialist in a luxury hotel, premium restaurant, or VIP lounge.
• Deep expertise in crafting complex non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills (English is required, Arabic is a strong plus).
• Impeccable personal grooming and professional presentation.
• Must be currently located in Saudi Arabia with a Valid and Transferable Iqama.
• Ability to work flexible shift hours (including nights and weekends) in a 24/7 airport environment.
