Hiring Experienced Project/Construction Manager for KSA (Construction Industry - Civil + MEP)
Position Project Manager / Construction Manager
Location Jeddah head office; projects in Jeddah, Riyadh and Hail
Nationality: Indian
Age Up to 48
Minimum 10–15 years
Purpose of the Role
Take full ownership of project delivery, team control and client coordination, with proper reporting to management. The role supports the company's growth plan and dedicated involvement in site matters to ensure on time delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Overall control of projects (civil, MEP, maintenance) and project teams, from mobilization to handover
• Deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and suppliers
• Submit weekly and monthly progress reports to management (schedule, cost, manpower, issues)
• Prepare/review quotations; arrange materials for site; control unused and balance stock
• Control additional costs, variations and rework; flag overruns early
• Coordinate engineers, HSE officers and supervisors
• Set KPIs for project team and conduct performance evaluation
• Ensure compliance with KSA codes and safety protocols; support ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 requirements
• Maintain project documentation
• Attend HOD/project meetings and act as single point of accountability for assigned projects
• Coordinate with HR on manpower planning
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical with strong construction exposure may be considered)
• Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in Project / Construction Management within the construction industry.
• Candidates with experience working with leading and reputed construction companies will be preferred.
• Proven experience in managing and delivering large-scale construction projects from planning through completion.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, progress monitoring, cost control, quality management and timely project completion.
• Ability to identify project risks, resolve technical and operational issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Civil, MEP and maintenance work experience in KSA or other Gulf countries
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to review and understand engineering drawings, specifications, BOQ, project schedules and construction methodologies.
• Indian experience or Gulf-returnee background is acceptable and preferred
• Working knowledge of KSA construction requirements (Saudi Building Code) and site safety protocols
• Planning and reporting skills (MS Project/Primavera, Excel) and email-based reporting
• Preferred: PMP, NEBOSH/OSHA/IOSH, SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) accreditation
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills; English required, Arabic an advantage
