Description
Freight Forwarding Operations Coordinator
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Responsibilities:
* Coordinate air, sea, and land freight shipments from booking until final delivery.
* Follow up with shipping lines, airlines, transporters, customs brokers, and overseas agents.
* Prepare and review shipping documents, including BL, AWB, invoices, and packing lists.
* Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers.
* Coordinate customs clearance and transportation arrangements.
* Resolve operational issues and ensure smooth shipment execution.
* Verify operational costs and support invoicing processes.
* Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
* Good command of English and Arabic.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
