Freelance Planner / Planning Engineer Wanted – Utility Tender Programs (Overseas Client)

We are a consultant seeking an experienced planner for ad hoc, job-based assignments for an overseas-based client. The work covers tender programs for water supply, sewer, pumping stations, electrical and road projects. You need P6 or MS Project, and you must be able to work remotely, across time zones, to deadlines.
Rates: We pay a fixed fee per job, not hourly. We agree the scope, deliverables, turnaround and fee before work starts. Please include your indicative rates for a small, medium and large tender program when you apply.
