We are looking for a motivated and experienced Fitness Trainer & Gym Supervisor to join our private residential compound gym in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.
Position:
Fitness Trainer & Gym Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide one-on-one fitness coaching to compound residents based on their individual goals.
* Design and implement personalized training programs focused on weight loss, fat reduction, and overall fitness improvement.
* Monitor residents’ progress and conduct regular fitness assessments.
* Supervise the daily operation of the gym, ensuring all equipment is clean, safe, and fully operational.
* Guide and assist residents in using gym equipment correctly and safely.
* Offer basic advice on healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits.
* Maintain a welcoming, professional, and motivating fitness environment.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a fitness trainer.
* Proven experience in weight loss, body transformation, and fitness coaching.
* A recognized fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or equivalent) is preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Professional appearance with a positive and motivating attitude.
* Good command of English is an advantage.
