Field HSE Specialist: Responsible for field HSE related matters and ensuring compliance of field team including monitoring HSE performance, reporting incidents & training tracking.
Field HSE Specialist: The Field HSE Specialist is responsible for promoting a strong HSE culture by supporting line management in implementing the HSE Management System, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements, assessing operational risks, developing site-specific HSE procedures and plans, coordinating HSE training and audits, monitoring HSE performance and trends, supporting incident investigations, maintaining HSE documentation, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and driving employee engagement to ensure safe and compliant field operations.
