• Female Recruiter
• Female Tele caller
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
✅ Female candidates
✅ Asian nationality
✅ Previous experience in recruitment / tele calling preferred
✅ Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Good in English and Arabic communication
✅ Confident and professional telephone manner
✅ Basic computer knowledge
✅ Ability to coordinate with candidates and maintain follow-ups
✅ Candidates available for immediate joining preferred
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Contact and follow up with candidates
🔹 Conduct initial candidate screening through calls
🔹 Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records
🔹 Follow up on candidate availability and documentation
🔹 Support the recruitment team in meeting manpower requirements
