Position: Female HR Officer
Company: Captain International Construction Alliance
We are urgently looking for a highly qualified Female HR Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Nationality: Pakistani, Indian, or Sri Lankan
Female, 30โ38 years old
Minimum 2 years of HR experience in a well-established company in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR procedures
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR documentation
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
