🚨 WE ARE HIRING – FAÇADE QC ENGINEER
📍 Location: Diriyah, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🏗️ Project: Arena Block – Diriyah Gate II
🏢 Company: The Branch of China Harbour Engineering Company Ltd.
(CHEC)ABOUT THE PROJECT: CHECC is delivering the prestigious Arena Block Project, featuring a world-class indoor arena, premium commercial buildings, complex architectural façades, advanced MEP systems, and infrastructure.
We are seeking an experienced Façade QC Engineer to manage QA/QC activities, inspections, testing, and quality compliance for façade works.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Implement QA/QC procedures for curtain walls, glazing, aluminum systems, and architectural cladding.
• Review façade drawings, material submittals, method statements, and ITPs.
• Inspect unitized/stick curtain walls, structural glazing, anchors, brackets, fixings, and sealants.
• Verify installation tolerances, alignment, waterproofing, and workmanship.
• Coordinate water penetration, air infiltration, structural performance, and field testing.
• Prepare WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, inspection reports, and quality documentation.
• Investigate deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and ensure NCR closure.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and PMC teams.
• Support quality audits, snagging, final inspections, and handover.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Architectural Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5–8 years of façade QA/QC engineering experience.
• Experience in curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminum façades, and cladding.
• Mega-project, high-rise, or commercial building experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ASTM, AAMA/FGIA, EN standards, and façade testing.
• Proficiency in ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, and technical documentation.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience and consultant coordination preferred.
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
EMPLOYMENT; JOINING TERMS
• Contract: Valid Ajeer arrangement mandatory.
• Iqama Transfer: Not available.
• Salary: Monthly all-inclusive package, subject to management approval.
• Food, Accommodation, Transportation amp; Laptop: Employees responsibility.
• Iqama; Medical: As per agreed terms and applicable law.
• Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 6 days/week; approved OT if applicable.
• Duration: Approximately 2–3 years, subject to project requirements.
• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.
Preference: KSA-based candidates with valid Iqama and Ajeer eligibility
