Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our automotive workshop in Khobar.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- At least 1 year experience with an authorized dealership.
- Experience with European vehicle brands is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Good computer skills.
- Valid driving license with clean driving record.
- Age between 28 and 40 years.
- Transferable Iqama is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and inspect vehicles.
- Prepare repair orders and explain customer concerns to technicians.
- Review vehicle service history and recommend required maintenance.
- Obtain customer approval for repair estimates and additional work.
- Follow up on repair progress and keep customers informed.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
