Description
Equipment Rental Requirements
1. 480 Excavators
* Monthly rental rate: SAR 36,600.00 per excavator, including the operator, light maintenance, and major/heavy maintenance.
* Required quantity: 43 excavators, 480-class.
2. 220 Excavators
* Monthly rental rate: SAR 15,000.00 per excavator, including the operator, light maintenance, and major/heavy maintenance.
* Required quantity: 15 excavators, 220-class.
Required Documents and Payment Terms
* An official quotation is required.
* Copies of the excavators’ registration documents (Istimara) or customs cards must be provided.
* Rental payments will be made at the end of each Gregorian calendar month.
Important Requirement
All excavators must have a valid TÜV certification covering both the equipment and its operator.
Costs to Be Covered by the Company
The company will be responsible for:
1. Diesel/fuel
2. Accommodation
3. Meals
