We are looking for an experienced ELV Engineer with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in Security, ELV, and Low Current Systems to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in CCTV, Access Control, PIDS, Public Address (PA), ELV networking, fiber optics, testing & commissioning, and preferably experience working on HCIS/SIS-compliant projects.
Key Responsibilities
Design, supervise, install, test, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain ELV and security systems.
Handle CCTV, Access Control, PIDS, Public Address (PA), Intercom, Structured Cabling, Fiber Optics, and other Low Current Systems.
Review and prepare shop drawings, system layouts, cable schedules, network topology, BOQ, material submittals, method statements, ITPs, and as-built drawings.
Design and configure IP CCTV systems, including camera selection, coverage, storage calculations, NVR/VMS, PoE switches, and network infrastructure.
Supervise Access Control installation, configuration, testing, and integration with other systems.
Supervise and troubleshoot PIDS/perimeter security systems, including detection zones, alarms, and CCTV integration.
Handle Public Address (PA) systems, including amplifiers, speakers, controllers, zoning, cabling, and system testing.
Configure and troubleshoot ELV networks, managed switches, PoE, SFPs, and fiber optic links.
Conduct fiber optic testing using appropriate equipment such as OTDR and optical power meters.
Lead complete testing and commissioning activities and prepare inspection and commissioning reports.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and other disciplines.
Supervise technicians and subcontractors and ensure proper installation, workmanship, and productivity.
Participate in inspections, snagging, rectification, handover, and preparation of O&M documentation.
Ensure all installations comply with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements.
Follow project HSE requirements, PTW procedures, JSA/RA, toolbox talks, and site safety procedures.

The candidate should have an understanding of working in HCIS/SIS-compliant environments, including security system installation, inspection, testing, commissioning, documentation, and coordination with relevant client/authority requirements.
Experience with substations, power plants, oil & gas, industrial facilities, critical infrastructure, or other high-security projects will be a strong advantage.
BMS Experience – Plus
Experience or working knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) will be considered an additional advantage, particularly:
BMS architecture and controllers
HVAC integration
Monitoring and control
ELV/BMS integration
BACnet/Modbus or similar protocols
Integration of Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, and other systems with BMS
BMS experience is a plus and is not a mandatory requirement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Telecommunications, or related discipline.
5–6 years of relevant ELV/Security Systems experience.
Strong hands-on site experience in installation, troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning.
Previous experience in HCIS/SIS-related projects is highly preferred.
Saudi Arabia project experience is preferred.
Good knowledge of AutoCAD and technical documentation.
Strong communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Ability to work independently and take technical responsibility on site.
