Description
Electrical BIM Engineer required with ajeer contract
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience, including relevant Saudi Arabia project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and coordinate electrical BIM models using Revit MEP.
Prepare detailed electrical layouts, systems, and construction models in accordance with project requirements.
Coordinate electrical models with architectural, structural, and mechanical disciplines.
Perform clash detection and coordination using Navisworks or similar BIM coordination software.
Review design drawings, specifications, and BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare shop drawings, BIM deliverables, and documentation as required.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve technical/coordination issues.
Ensure models comply with project BIM standards, BEP, LOD requirements, and Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Support BIM model updates throughout construction and as-built stages.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience, preferably with major projects in Saudi Arabia.
Strong knowledge of Revit MEP, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
Good knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and relevant MEP standards is preferred.
⚠️ Important Requirement:
This is a supplier-based position with a competitive salary package.
Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
