Customer Service Officer (Female)
Location: New Industrial Area, MODON, Madinah
Reports To: Director – Sales & Marketing
Working Days: 6 days / week
Probation Period: 3 months
Salary: SAR 2,500 – 4,000
Min. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
Min. Experience: 1 year (preferred)
Preferred: Saudi National who can speak & write English
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to manage client communications, documentation, and coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English & Arabic), organized, and comfortable liaising with clients as well as internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle client calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Prepare quotations in both English and Arabic
• Prepare invoices and delivery notes accurately and on schedule
• Maintain bookkeeping records and ensure documentation is up to date
• Attend customer meetings and conduct site visits as required
• Coordinate effectively with production, sales, and management teams
• Prepare periodic reports as requested by management
• Ensure smooth coordination of orders from quotation to delivery
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Proficient in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits when needed
