📍 Medina Project
We are looking for an experienced Senior Contract Engineer currently available in Saudi Arabia for immediate joining on a prestigious High-Rise 5-Star Hospitality Project.
⚠️ Only candidates with proven High-Rise Building and 5-Star Hotel project experience will be considered.
🔹 Open Position
Senior Contract Engineer
✅ Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
Minimum 15–20 years of experience in contract management for major construction projects.
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Buildings, 5-Star Hotels, Luxury Hospitality, and Mixed-Use Developments.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC Contracts, contract administration, commercial management, claims, and dispute resolution.
Experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, subcontracts, and consultancy agreements.
Proven experience in variation orders, extension of time (EOT), claims preparation, contract correspondence, and change management.
Ability to review tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
Strong coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project management teams.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.
GCC experience with international contractors is highly preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be given priority.
⭐ General Requirements
Mandatory experience in High-Rise Building and 5-Star Hotel projects.
Experience working with international contractors is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
