Contract Specialist - Ras Al Khair - Transferable IQAMA -
• Contract Specialist (With the following qualifications and requirements)
• Bachelor’s degree in law, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in contracting or tendering roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, indemnity provisions, and liability allocation.
• Advanced contract drafting and tender management skills.
• Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contracting standards is an advantage.
• Preparation of tender documents (RFPs, ITBs).
• Management of the full tender cycle.
• Commercial evaluations and clarifications.
• Leading negotiations to secure best value and mitigate risks.
• Drafting and finalizing contracts in coordination with Legal and stakeholders.
• Management of Framework Agreements and MSAs.
• Ensuring contract administration compliance.
