Description
We are looking for experienced engineering and technical professionals to join a consultancy team for an Asset Condition Assessment of the Jubail 2 Gas Network, associated pipeline, electrical, control, inspection, integrity, HSE, QA, and documentation activities.
Vacant Positions
1-Project Manager
Overall project leadership and client coordination
Extensive experience in major oil & gas/gas network consultancy projects
Strong project management and stakeholder management background
2- Lead Integrity Engineer
Asset integrity assessment and integrity management
Risk-based inspection, degradation mechanisms and remaining-life assessment
Experience with gas processing/transmission assets preferred
3- Lead Pipeline Engineer
Pipeline condition assessment and technical evaluation
Review of pipeline integrity, corrosion, defects and inspection records
Experience with gas pipelines and associated facilities required
4- Lead Control & Electrical Engineer
Assessment of electrical, instrumentation and control systems
Review of existing systems, condition, reliability and obsolescence
Experience with industrial gas/oil facilities preferred
5- NDT / Field Inspection Engineer
Field inspection, NDT coordination and condition assessment
Experience with UT, RT, MT, PT, VT and other applicable inspection techniques
Strong site inspection and reporting experience
6- HSE & Risk Specialist
HSE assessment, risk identification and risk management
HAZID / risk assessment experience preferred
Strong knowledge of industrial and oil & gas HSE requirements
7- QA Coordinator
Project QA/QC coordination and document compliance
Preparation and maintenance of QA records, inspection documentation and quality reports
Experience in consultancy / engineering projects preferred
8 Document Controller
Technical document control and project records management
Experience with EDMS / Aconex or similar systems preferred
Strong knowledge of document numbering, transmittals, registers and reporting
✅ General Requirements
Relevant engineering / technical qualification as applicable to the position
Relevant experience in oil & gas, petrochemical, gas networks, pipelines, or industrial facilities
Strong experience in asset condition assessment, integrity, inspection, engineering consultancy, or related disciplines
Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred
Major industrial client experience is an advantage
Candidates must be available for project-based consultancy engagement
Strong technical reporting and communication skills
