TUBA Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the execution of a premium mixed-use development in Al Khobar, including residential townhouses and commercial facilities. The successful candidate will oversee project execution from planning through delivery while ensuring quality, schedule, budget, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project planning and execution.
Develop and monitor project schedules.
Coordinate contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
Manage structural and finishing phases.
Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and local authorities.
Monitor project progress and prepare management reports.
Maintain quality, safety, and cost control throughout the project.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
8–12 years of construction project management experience.
Saudi Arabia project experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of MS Project or Primavera.
PMP certification is preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Fluent in English and Arabic.
