We're Hiring: Concrete Plant Foreman / Supervisor
Al Bassami Group Co. is seeking an experienced **Concrete Plant Foreman / Supervisor** to oversee the daily operations of our concrete batching plant in **Jeddah**.
### Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience** in concrete batching plant operations, including supervisory or foreman responsibilities.
* Strong knowledge of concrete production, batching processes, quality control, and plant maintenance.
* Experience supervising plant operators, technicians, and support staff.
* Ability to plan production schedules and ensure timely concrete delivery.
* Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Diploma or technical qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise the daily operations of the concrete batching plant.
* Ensure concrete production meets quality standards and project specifications.
* Coordinate production schedules with project and dispatch teams.
* Monitor plant performance and arrange preventive maintenance.
* Lead and supervise plant personnel, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
