I am Waqar Khan, a Civil QA/QC Inspector with 5+ years of professional experience in Saudi Arabia, specializing in quality assurance and quality control across industrial, commercial, infrastructure, utility, structural, and architectural projects. I bring strong hands-on experience in site inspections, quality documentation, material verification, testing, and ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project quality requirements.

My expertise covers RCC and reinforcement inspections, pre-pour inspections, earthworks, excavation, backfilling, GRP pipelines, utility networks, waterproofing, masonry, asphalt and roadworks, along with complete QA/QC documentation including RFI/WIR, MIR, NCR, SOR, CAR, ITPs, QCPs, method statements, inspection checklists, and final QA/QC dossiers. Experienced in working in accordance with SAES, SBC, ACI, ASTM, BS, ISO 9001 and project specifications, with strong coordination skills involving clients, consultants, subcontractors, laboratories, and project teams.
