# Job Title: Potato Chef - all around can be a cashier

**Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

## Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and energetic **Potato Chef / Cashier** to join our food court team in a shopping mall in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have experience preparing potato-based dishes, provide excellent customer service, and assist with cashier duties when needed.

## Key Responsibilities

* Prepare and cook potato dishes according to company recipes and quality standards.
* Ensure food is prepared quickly, safely, and consistently.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
* Operate the cash register and process customer orders and payments.
* Provide friendly and professional customer service.
* Restock ingredients and supplies as required.
* Follow food safety and health regulations at all times.
* Work efficiently in a fast-paced food court environment.
* Assist with opening and closing duties.

## Requirements

* Previous experience as a cook, chef, or fast-food kitchen staff is preferred.
* Experience operating a POS system or working as a cashier is an advantage.
* Good communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Basic English is required; Arabic is a plus.
* Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Currently residing in Saudi Arabia or eligible to work in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
