Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and securing maintenance contracts for our engineering services.

Diesel Generator Maintenance
HVAC Maintenance
MEP Maintenance Services
Low Current System
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
Promote the company's maintenance services and secure new contracts.
Prepare quotations and follow up with customers.
Meet monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Previous experience in business development or B2B sales (experience in generators, HVAC, MEP, or facility management is preferred).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Must have a valid Saudi driving licence and own a car.
Strong network and industry connections are a plus.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
