We Are Hiring - Service Advisor (Automotive)*
*Location:* Exit-17 , Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
*Job Type:* Full-time
*Job Description:*
We are a leading automotive service center looking for an experienced Service Advisor.
*Responsibilities:*
- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle complaints
- Inspect vehicle with customer and create job cards
- Provide cost estimates for service, repair, and bodywork
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop supervisor
- Follow up with customers on approvals and delivery time
- Explain invoices and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Upsell additional services when needed
*Requirements:*
- *Must know Arabic (Fluent)* - English is a plus
- Minimum 2-3 years experience as Service Advisor in automotive workshop / dealership
- Strong knowledge of car repair, maintenance, and body shop work
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of DMS / workshop management software
- Must be in Riyadh with transferable Iqama
*Salary:* Attractive salary + Commission (Based on experience)
