*BMS Engineer – Testing & Commissioning*
*Location:* Dammam, Saudi Arabia
*Salary:* SAR 4,000 – 5,000 (monthly, based on experience)
We are seeking an experienced *BMS (Building Management System) Engineer* to join our team for an ongoing project in Dammam.
*Requirements:*
- 4–5 years of hands-on experience in BMS testing and commissioning
- Working knowledge of *Johnson Controls, Siemens, or Schneider Electric* BMS platforms (*Johnson Controls preferred*)
- Proven experience in field testing, integration, and commissioning of building automation systems
- Ability to read and interpret BMS drawings, schematics, and control sequences
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to relocate/work on-site in Dammam
*Preferred Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related engineering field
- Relevant certifications in Johnson Controls (Metasys or equivalent) are a plus
