Key Accountabilities
Assist skilled tradesmen, including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers, with their work.
Clean and maintain the construction site, ensuring it is free of debris and hazards.
Set up and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment.
Assist with the preparation of construction materials for installation.
Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers to complete tasks.
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.
Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision.
Assist in the loading and unloading of materials from trucks or storage areas.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Education: Diploma in Architecture or a related field.
Skills: Finishing Works, Materials Management, Quality Assurance
Experience: 10+ years of related experience.
