Description
Architectural BIM Engineer
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience, including relevant Saudi Arabia project experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Prepare detailed architectural models, drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and schedules.
Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.
Perform BIM coordination and resolve clashes using Navisworks.
Review architectural drawings, specifications, and models for accuracy and compliance.
Prepare construction/shop drawings and BIM deliverables.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Ensure models comply with project BIM Execution Plan, standards, LOD requirements, and client requirements.
Incorporate approved design changes into BIM models.
Support preparation of as-built models and final BIM handover documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience, with strong preference for Saudi Arabia project experience.
Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM coordination.
Strong understanding of architectural construction and detailing.
Knowledge of Saudi Building Code and BIM standards is preferred.
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
⚠️ Important Requirement:
This is a supplier-based position with a competitive salary package.
Iqama transfer is not available. Contract will be through Ajeer.
