Description
Position: Operations Assistant
📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
🚌 Public Transport: Bus station is next to the office
⏳ Duration: 2–3 Months (Temporary)
🚨 Joining: Immediate
Salary: 3000 SAR All in
Job Responsibilities:
Freight and shipment documentation
Handling accounts and payment records
Data entry and maintaining Excel sheets
Shipment follow-up and coordination with customers/agents
Preparing and organizing shipping documents
Coordinating with freight/operations teams
General office and documentation work
Requirements:
Previous experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Accounts, or Operations
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Out Look
Good English communication skills
Responsible, organized and detail-oriented
Immediate joiner preferred
