Reputable Company Located in Khobar - Eastern Province , Offering A Job As General Accountant ( Sudanese / Indian ) With At Least Proven 5 Years Of Experience In Saudi Arabia ,And Will Be In Charge Of At Least 7 Branches , The Following Are Daily Tasks ,
Tasks :
- Record Petty Cash Invoices And Confirm Matching With Zatca Terms And Monthly Reconciliation .
- Monitor Branch's Sales At End Of Day With A Collection Of Sales For Each Branch .
- Prepare Monthly Bank Reconciliation .
- Prepare Monthly Time Sheet
- Reconciliation OF Delivery Apps On Monthly Basis .
- V.A.T Return Settlement & Upload To Zatca Platform Every ( 3 Months) .
- Payable Accounts ( Supplier Control) & Regular Reconciliation.
- Assist In Financial Statement & Coordinate With External Auditor .
- Good Documentation ( Hard + Soft Copies ) .
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree In Accounting Or Finance Equivalent .
- Very Good English & Arabic ( Speaking + Writing )
- Very Good Knowledge With Excel & Microsoft Apps .
- Familiar With ERP System ( Odoo) .
- Strong Attention To Details & Organizational Skills
- Ability To Work Under Pressure & Meet Deadline .
